Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of purrenza.store and to all orders placed through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

About Purrenza

Purrenza is an online retailer of cat-care products, currently selling the Purrenza™ Grooming Stand. Our formal business identity details are published on this site once finalised and are available on request from contact@purrenza.store.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in order to place an order. By ordering you confirm this is the case and that the information you provide is accurate.

Products

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Published specifications are only listed once verified; we would rather omit a figure than publish an unverified one.

Product Images and Information

Photographs are provided to show the product in realistic use. Colours can appear differently between screens, and lifestyle images are illustrative of the setting rather than of exact scale.

Prices

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). The current price of the Purrenza™ Grooming Stand is £27.00. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already accepted.

Taxes

Any taxes applicable to your order are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Import duties or taxes charged by a destination country outside the UK are separate — see our Shipping Policy.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. You are responsible for checking your order details, chosen colour, quantity and delivery address before submitting payment.

Order Acceptance

A contract is formed when we accept your order, which normally happens when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order — for example where an item is unavailable, where there is a pricing error, or where we suspect fraud — and will refund any payment taken.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation by email once payment has been verified by our payment provider. Order status is confirmed on our servers; the display of a success page alone is not treated as proof of payment.

Availability

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will contact you and offer a replacement, a wait or a full refund.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout. Your order is only processed once payment has been confirmed.

Stripe

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Purrenza does not store complete raw card details. Your use of Stripe's payment interface is also subject to Stripe's own terms and privacy policy.

Shipping

Shipping is covered in detail in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Standard UK delivery is free; US and European shipping charges are shown clearly at checkout before payment.

Delivery Estimates

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated transit times are 5–6 business days (UK), 5–7 business days (US) and 5–6 business days (supported European destinations). These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs processing and to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country, which are the recipient's responsibility unless collected at checkout.

Order Changes

Contact contact@purrenza.store as soon as possible if you need to change an order. Changes may not be possible once fulfilment has begun.

Cancellations

Orders not yet dispatched can be cancelled for a full refund. Statutory cancellation rights, where they apply to you, continue to apply in addition.

Returns

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, including our 30-day Purrenza Guarantee.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days after being issued, depending on the payment provider.

Faulty Goods

If goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, contact us with your order number, a description and photographs where relevant, and we will resolve it in line with your legal rights.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Promotions

Promotions run for the period stated, cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders unless we say otherwise, and may be withdrawn at any time before an order is placed.

Discount Codes

Discount codes are single-use unless stated otherwise, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be combined with other offers unless specified. Codes must be entered at checkout.

Intellectual Property

The Purrenza name, wordmark, site design, original graphics, icons and copy are owned by or licensed to Purrenza and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Website Use

You may use the site for personal, lawful purposes connected to browsing and purchasing our products.

Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or order data.
• Scraping, copying or republishing site content at scale.
• Interfering with the operation or security of the store.
• Submitting false, fraudulent or abusive orders or support requests.

Third-Party Services

We rely on third parties for payment, hosting, data storage and delivery. Their services are subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for the content of any third-party website linked from ours.

Accuracy of Information

We take care to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that every detail is free from error at all times. If we discover a material error affecting your order we will contact you.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for business losses. Our total liability in connection with an order will not exceed the amount you paid for it.

Mandatory Consumer Rights

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your mandatory consumer rights always prevail over these terms.

Events Outside Reasonable Control

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including extreme weather, carrier disruption, industrial action, customs delays, outages or other force majeure events.

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle personal information.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. The version in force at the time you place an order governs that order.

Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

Waiver

A delay in enforcing any part of these terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.

Consumer Disputes

Please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly by email. If we cannot resolve a dispute, consumers may be entitled to use an alternative dispute resolution or online dispute resolution scheme available in their jurisdiction, and retain the right to bring proceedings in their local courts where the law allows.
