What each status means

Order received

We have your order and payment is confirmed. Nothing to do yet.

Preparing

Your stand is being picked and packed. Usually 1–2 business days.

Dispatched

Your parcel has left us and a tracking link is on its way by email.

In transit

Moving through the carrier network. Scans can pause for a day or two between hubs — that is normal.

Out for delivery

With your local courier and due today.

Delivered

Marked as delivered. If you can't find it, check with neighbours and any safe place noted by the courier.

If tracking hasn't moved

Tracking can take up to 48 hours to start updating after dispatch, and international parcels often go quiet while clearing customs. Expected transit is 5–6 business days in the UK, 5–7 business days in the US and 5–6 business days across supported European destinations. If there has been no scan for more than seven business days, email us and we'll open an enquiry with the carrier.
